Grilled Chicken with Selim Pepper Rub

 

Ingredients:

 

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Selim pepper, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

 

Instructions:

 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

  2. In a small bowl, combine the crushed Selim pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper to create the spice rub.

  3. Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.

  4. Drizzle olive oil over the seasoned chicken breasts and rub to coat.

  5. Place the chicken breasts on the preheated grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through and juices run clear, and it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).

  6. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

  7. Serve the grilled chicken with your favorite side dishes, such as roasted vegetables, salad, or rice.
